Contemporary
design that
is ageless

When we create our retirement villages, we call for leading edge
architectural design, an abundance of natural light, open planned,
with spacious rooms looking out to what seems like million dollar
views of the most stunning surrounds.

Spend your days
as you please

You may want to live independently in one of our retirement villages, very happily doing your own thing. Then again, you might be looking to form friendships, pursue favourite pastimes and maybe find some new interests as well. Either way it’s great to have all these options.

Wellness centre

Complete with a gymnasium, residents can use weights to help
maintain muscle tone and bone density, with running, cycling,
rowing and stair machines to build aerobic fitness. For more
passive exercise, our villages are also equipped with a year-round
heated, lap pool. Just some of the services available for your
physical health and wellbeing.

Clubhouse

Central to all our communities is a clubhouse. It’s your go-to place
to socialise and attend events. You can even book the space if you
are wanting to celebrate a special occasion, such as a wedding,
anniversary or birthday with your family and friends.

Clubhouse
Lifelong learning

Interested in taking a class in wine tasting, tai chi, arts and crafts,
woodwork, computer skills, choral singing, or any of many other
interests? If there is enough of a demand for a particular class,
the management at your Human Touch Retirement village will try
and source an experienced tutor.

Lifelong learning
Games room & library

Play chess, bridge, pool or checkout a book from our community
library. Here residents share their books in return for borrowing
others. We are even open to hosting book launches and signings
in our Clubrooms, given that we are in areas that are also home
to celebrated authors.

Golf course

If there isn’t a golf course in your village, there is one conveniently
close by. In fact, given the stunning landscapes, many residents
take up golf, just for the pleasure of being out and about in nature.

Tourist in your own town

Human Touch Retirement villages are in scenic locations that
tend to attract tourists. So it should come as no surprise that
you will find galleries, vineyards, hotels, restaurants, cafes and
places of special interest a short drive from home that won’t
just be favourites with you, but also your visiting guests.
